Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adversec ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Adversec provides an API platform for generating, executing, and scoring adversarial tests against AI agents. The Service includes:

• Adversarial test case generation tailored to described AI agents
• Test suite execution against user-specified HTTP endpoints
• Vulnerability scoring and reporting via an LLM-based judging system
• Mock agent endpoints for development and testing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are using the Service on behalf of yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent.

4. API Keys and Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key(s)
• You are responsible for all activity under your API key(s)
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your key, you must revoke it immediately via the dashboard or API
• Adversec is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your keys

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Test, attack, or probe systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without a prior agreement

The Service is designed for authorized security testing of AI systems you own or are authorized to test on behalf of.

6. Usage Limits and Quotas

Your access to the Service is subject to the usage limits of your plan tier:

• Free tier — limited to 50 API calls per calendar month
• Pro tier — up to 5,000 API calls per calendar month
• Enterprise tier — custom limits as agreed in writing

Adversec reserves the right to adjust limits and throttle excessive usage that impacts service stability. Unused monthly quota does not roll over to the next month.

7. Pricing and Payments

Free tier usage is provided at no charge. Paid tiers are billed monthly via the payment method on file. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at Adversec's discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

Your content: The agent descriptions, test configurations, and results you generate are your data. You retain all rights to it.

Our content: The Adversec service, API, documentation, generated attack taxonomies, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Adversec.

LLM outputs: Test cases generated by LLMs may be used freely by you for security testing purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ADVERSEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ADVERSARIAL TEST RESULTS ARE GENERATED BY AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY QUALIFIED SECURITY PROFESSIONALS BEFORE BEING RELIED UPON FOR PRODUCTION DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVERSEC AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ADVERSEC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. FOR FREE TIER USERS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100 USD.

11. Test Results Are Not Security Guarantees

The results generated by Adversec's testing system represent automated assessments and do not constitute a guarantee that a tested agent is secure or free from vulnerabilities. Test results should be interpreted as guidance and supplemented with manual security review.

12. Termination

Adversec may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, USA.
